These are our guidelines and we ask all customers to read and heed them. We ask all our customers to please keep up to date with this page as you are responsible to keep up to date with our company policies.  We do not offer any refunds due to circumstances uncontrolled by VGS.  This of course is not included if our servers do not perform up to standard. We are offering a top notch service using the best servers, the best data centers at the best Price around.

All payments made to VGS are a subscription type payment.  This payment will automatically be deducted each month from the payment source you selected during sign up.

Game Server Installation(s) - We install the original game server you the customer order.  We do not install any MODS of any kind because these MODS sometimes have bugs/flaws that can crash a game server.  Custom Maps can also make your game server unstable so please be aware that some custom maps can make your game server crash.  It is recommended that you make a copy of the original CFG files before customizing.  We will try our best to help you with any MOD/MAP install.

Customer Responsibilities - You are responsible for the upkeep of your server. If your server is down please notify us as soon as possible. Since we don't monitor game servers on an individual basis, you must notify us if your server is experiencing problems or your server is down through our support area of our web site. We want to help limit the amount of downtime you may experience due to server crashes etc. We do not admin your game server. We allow our customer the Power to do that. We only monitor our network to ensure all systems running game servers stay up 24 hours a day 365 days a year. You must insure that your server abides by our term of service at all times. Your game server must stay compliant with our Terms and Conditions at all times.  YOU should keep a copy of all config files etc. related to your game server(s).  We do not backup your config files or any other file under your server install.   If Velocity Game Servers has any issue with data lose it is the client’s responsibility to have backup files of the game server.

Cancelling a Game Server, Voice Server or Web Hosting:  If you want to cancel it is the customers responsibility to cancel the PAYPAL subscription payment and email sales@velocitygameservers.com that you want your server cancelled.

Player Limits - To provide everyone with a value dedicated game server there are limits on the number of players based on the service you purchased. We do reserve the right to inspect any game server to insure they are not exceeding the current max player limit allowed for that account. Violations will result in a 0 strike program. We will issue 0 warnings to a server before termination of service. This includes warning for any and/or all item related violations included  in this TOS. No Refund will be Given in this case !

Modifications - If you wish to add maps, mods, plug-ins, or add on’s to your server you may do so at any time.

Password Protected Game Servers - If you ordered a password protected game server there are a few additional requirements you must follow. Your server may not be shared by more then 2 clans. You may not loan your server to any other clans, unless it's a clan you are having a match with. Your server password may not be advertised to the general public but may be posted in order to notify your clan members the proper password. Server passwords may not be posted in the server name. Our password protected game servers (Private Server) is designed for clan use only and is not intended to be used as a public game server.  We are not responsible nor support third party scripts, mods, plug-ins, add-ons or maps.

FTP Access Guidelines

• Server Files - File transfer can be done by our control panel ONLY unless you have a dedicated game server.  FTP access is not to be used to run a file site or for file storing.  All users of our service are responsible for their files and content of their servers. Game Server installs come as a basic setup. Additional files and add-ons must be applied by the customer. Anytime you make changes to your files please test those changes our on your local computer system first. Please change your files with care. We are not responsible for the files in your game server directories after your game server account is activated.
• File Space Limits - There is a 1GB file limit per server for maps, mods, plug-ins, sounds etc. We reserve the right to delete information from your game install if your directory size goes over 1GB including the log files.

Pricing

·         Prices - They are subject to change at anytime. New customers will be subject to those price changes. All current customers enjoy the benefit of a Price freeze guarantee. This means you will pay the same amount you paid at the start of service until you cancel service. Your Price will never go up.

·         Customized Servers - As stated above, you can install the mods your self at any time. The mod maker is responsible for the stability of his/her mod. In turn we do not Admin your server. This is something left up to the customer.

·         Payment - Your payment will be billed 30 days from the date you signed up. We expect payment on that day. Just as you expect your server to be up and running 24/7. We allow a 2 Day Grace period. After the 2 days your server will be suspended and a $25.00 fee be charged to re-activate the server in addition to your Full Payment.

Cancellation

• It is the customer’s responsibility to cancel the PAYPAL subscription payment and to notify VGS that you want to cancel the server.
• Once you have cancelled your server it will go offline the day of cancellation.  It will not run until the end of the month.  No credits or refunds will be given for unused server time.  We do not issue any credit if you cannot install and run a specific mod, map etc..

We reserve the right to change these rules and guidelines at anytime with out prior notice.
