| We are not a large over run, over crowded GSP (Game Service Provider). We truly care about our clients and want them to have a great online gaming experience. We also give a free Team Speak Server (same slot size as game server) with the rental of a game server. |

| | I ordered my server but it is not up and running yet? |
| We at VGS manually install all game servers as some automated servers can fail. This way one you receive our welcome email you know it is functional and ready for game play. |

| | How long after i order does it take for my server to be online? |
| After we receive your order and it is confirmed we install it immediately and test. |
